This Website is an independently operated marketing and referral platform designed to provide information about Ambit Energy products and services and to help customers and consultants enroll directly with Ambit Energy.

By using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All customers and consultants referred through this Website are enrolled directly with Ambit Energy, LP.

Ambit Energy, LP is solely responsible for all energy services, billing, account management, compensation, and regulatory compliance related to its programs.

Electricity Experts, LLC provides marketing, education, and referral services only and does not:

  • Process customer enrollments or payments directly.

  • Guarantee energy rates, savings, or service availability.

  • Represent Ambit Energy, LP in a legal, contractual, or employment capacity.

“Ambit Energy” and all related marks are the property of Ambit Energy Holdings, LLC and are used on this Website under fair use to identify the company’s products and services.

3. Services

The purpose of this Website is to:

  • Provide information about Ambit Energy electricity and natural gas service plans.

  • Connect visitors to the official Ambit Energy enrollment process.

  • Share information about becoming an Independent Consultant with Ambit Energy.

All pricing, availability, and terms for energy service are determined solely by Ambit Energy, LP and are subject to change without notice.

4. Eligibility & Enrollment

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Website or enroll as a customer or consultant through Ambit Energy.

By proceeding to enroll, you acknowledge that:

  • Ambit Energy, LP is the enrolling entity and provider of record.

  • You are subject to Ambit Energy’s official Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable state utility regulations.

5. Referral Program and Independent Consultant Activities

If you choose to become an Ambit Energy Independent Consultant:

  • Your consultant status and compensation are governed solely by Ambit Energy’s official Consultant Agreement and Compensation Plan.

  • Electricity Experts, LLC may provide training, marketing tools, or resources to assist you as part of our independent organization, but we do not administer payments, overrides, or commissions.

  • Any earnings or income examples shared on this Website are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee future results. Actual earnings vary depending on individual effort, market conditions, and compliance with Ambit Energy’s policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All Website content — including text, graphics, design, and layout — is the property of Electricity Experts, LLC or used with permission.

The Ambit Energy name, logos, and trademarks remain the property of Ambit Energy Holdings, LLC.

¹If residential customers are not satisfied with their plan, they can change to a different Ambit Energy fixed term product within the first 12 months of their service start date without incurring an early cancellation fee. The T.L.C. Guarantee is only available in Texas.
²Upon switching to Ambit Energy on a qualified fixed term product, Customers may qualify for reimbursement of up to $250 for any early cancellation fees incurred from their previous provider. Subject to review and approval. If approved, the cancellation fee amount will be provided in the form of a credit applied to the Customer’s account. Proof of Early Cancellation Fee is required. Offer only available in Texas.
³Same-day service available for Customers in TX only with AMS meters who sign up before 6:30 p.m. on the day service is requested. Not applicable on Sundays and holidays. Activation of service can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance of the move-in or switch date.
